BIGEC 2022 Registration
Welcome to the SAGE/ESSL BIGEC 2022 Registration Portal!
We offer three means of payment for the convention: 1) PayPal, 2) Cash, and 3) Pay In to Bank Account. If using PayPal (preferred for non-Libyan attendees), please complete and submit the registration form, add elements to shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. If using options 2 or 3, please complete and submit the registration form below and a SAGE/ESSL representative will contact you further regarding payment details.
Virtual Registration includes access to all live BIGEC 2022 presentations via Zoom and recorded presentations (subject to speaker approval) via our website in on-demand format until December 31, 2022. Our In-Person Registrants receive both the In-Person and Virtual benefits.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By registering for the SAGE/ESSL BIGEC 2022 Convention, I release and agree to indemnify the Society of Applied Geoscientists and Engineers (SAGE) and the Earth Science Society of Libya (ESSL), and the agents, officers, servants, and employees of each, from all liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Convention except that each of SAGE and ESSL is not released from such liability to the extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct. I have carefully read and understand this waiver and release. I further acknowledge that photographs may be taken of me during the convention, and by my attendance I am giving permission to SAGE and ESSL to use my image in whatever way they may deem appropriate. I further acknowledge that photographing or recording of presentations, whether oral or poster and whether in-person or virtual, or of exhibits is strictly prohibited.
REGISTRATION STEP 1: Complete All Applicable Fields and Click Send
Please complete all applicable fields in the online registration form below (* indicates required field). Upon completion, please accept the terms and conditions and click Send. You should then receive an automated email response verifying receipt of application. If using PayPal for payment option, proceed to Step 2.
Note: If form submission is successful, you should see a notification as such in the lower left corner of the form, followed shortly by receipt of an automated email from SAGE (register@sagetech.org). The email contains submitted form field inputs for your records. If the email does not appear within your Inbox, please check your Junk folder. If you do not receive the send confirmation email or otherwise have issues with completing the online form, please free to send appropriate information (one field per line) via an email to register@sagetech.org.
REGISTRATION STEP 2: Payment via PayPal
Payment via PayPal is in US Dollars. A conversion fee may be added upon payment if using a different currency.
NOTE: If you are a approved special guest, presenter, or panelist, and are NOT attending either field trip, you do NOT have to complete step 2.

Changes to your registration such as adding a field trip, or changing contact information may be made by sending an email to register@sagetech.org. Changes to your registration involving a refund (deleting field trips or cancelling outright) must be made in writing to register@sagetech.org. A fee of $10 will be charged for all cancellations in full. NO REFUNDS will be issued after August 21, 2022.
